Ingredients: Gundar Pak Banavani Recipe
- WHEAT FLOUR – 100 GMS
- GOOND – 100 GMS
- JAGGERY – 100 GMS
- DRYFRUIT – 04 TSP
- GINGER & GANTOLA POWDER – 02 TSP
- DESI GHEE / COW GHEE – 150 GMS
- COCONUT GRADED – 100 GMS
- KHAS KHAS – 1/2 TSP
Instructions:

In a mixture jar, add gond and grind it into fine powder.
- Now in a pan, add 1 tsp ghee and gond powder.
- Roast on low flame till it is slightly crisp and turns into golden brown colour.
- Then lower the flame and add dryfruit powder along with ganthola, graded coconut and ginger powder into the pan.

Now mix it well for 05 – 10 minutes.
- Then remove the pan from the gas, add jaggery into the mixture, and mix well.
- Now grease the plate with ghee.

Set the Gundar Pak mixture into the greased thali and spread it equally in the plate.

Allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
