Ingredients used to prepare Aam Ras Recipe:

  • Mangoes – 04 pcs
  • Sugar – 02 tsp
  • Ice cubes – 08 cubes

Instructions for preparing Aam Ras Recipe:

  1. Wash and peel the mangoes. Cut the flesh away from the seed and discard the seed.
  2. Add the mango flesh to a blender or a food processor and blend until you get a smooth puree. If the puree is too thick, add a little water to make it more liquid.
  3. Pour the puree into a large mixing bowl and add the sugar & Ice cubes. Mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water to achieve the desired consistency.
  5. Taste the aam ras and adjust the sweetness and seasoning to your liking.
  6. Chill the aam ras in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
  7. Once chilled, serve the aam ras in individual bowls with pooris or chapatis. Alternatively, you can enjoy it as a dessert by itself.

Note: You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste preferences. You can also add a little milk to the mixture to give it a creamier texture.
