Ingredients used to prepare Mandvi Paak Recipe :
- Groundnut seeds – 200 GMS
- Sugar – 100 GMS
- Desi Ghee – 02 TSP
- Grated Coconut – 50 GMS
- Almonds – 02 TSP
- Pistachio – 02 TSP
Instructions for preparing Mandvi Paak Recipe :
- Roast the groundnut seeds in a vessel until they turns crunchy.
- Remove the skin of peanuts & grind them in a mixture jar.
- In a vessel add Sugar & water as per the measure given. Stir them to create a syrup & cooked to a specific consistency to achieve the desired sweetness and texture.
- Mix the peanuts powder & coconut powder in the sugar syrup immediately while it is hot to avoid the stickiness.
- Grease the plate with ghee to get a smooth base for the Mandvi paak to settle.
- Now remove the Mandvi paak mixture in a greased plate & place it evenly in the plate using a bowl or a spatula to settle the edges properly.
- Spread the grated almonds & pistachio on top of the Mandvi paak for the delicious taste.
- Once the mixture has cooled and solidified, it is carefully cut into rectangular or square pieces, ready to be served and enjoyed.
