  • Ginger & Green chilly paste – 03 TSP
  • Sindha salt – 02 TSP
  • Cumin seed – 02 TSP
  • Roasted cumin powder – 02 TSP
  • Black pepper – 02 TSP
  • Water – 1/4 cup
  • Groundnut oil – 08 TSP


Instructions for preparing Rajgira Aaloo Farali Thepla :

  • In a mixing bowl, combine rajgira flour, boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped green chili, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves, and rock salt. Knead the ingredients together to form a soft and pliable dough.
