What is Schezwan Cheese Frankie Recipe ?

A Schezwan Cheese Frankie is a popular Indian street food dish that combines elements of Chinese and Indian cuisine. It typically consists of a spiced and flavorful filling wrapped in a flatbread (similar to a tortilla or wrap).

To make a Schezwan Cheese Frankie, the filling is prepared by stir-frying the vegetables, protein, and Schezwan sauce together until well-cooked and flavored. The grated cheese is then added, allowing it to melt and combine with the other ingredients. The mixture is then spooned onto a warmed Frankie wrap, and the wrap is folded or rolled around the filling to create a portable and delicious street food snack.

Schezwan Cheese Frankie is known for its bold flavors, combining the spiciness of Schezwan sauce with the creaminess of melted cheese, and the convenience of being a handheld meal. It’s a popular option in many Indian fast-food joints and street food stalls. Keep in mind that the exact ingredients and variations may differ depending on the region and personal preferences.
