  • Salt – 01 TSP
  • Turmeric – 1/2 TSP
  • Red chilly powder – 02 TSP
  • Hing (Asafoetida) – 1/2 TSP
  • Ajwain – 1/2 TSP
  • Groundnut oil – 03 TSP
  • Water – 1/2 cup

Instructions for preparing Teekha Gathiya Recipe :

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, hing, ajwain, groundnut oil and salt.
  • Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a firm, smooth dough. The consistency should be similar to that of chapati dough.
