How to make Veg Cheese Sandwich Recipe?

Veg Cheese Sandwich form with step by step instructions. This is a Bombay style succulent stuffed sandwich made with a stuffing of blend vegetables, outgunned with cheese and grilled or heated. You can also enjoy these sandwiches without grilling or hotting
them. The form is fluently adaptable and customizable to made with your preferred veggies and cheese.



Ingredients used to prepare Green Chutney:

  • Corriander Leaf – 100 gms
  • Green Chilly – 03 pcs
  • Peanuts – 02 tsp
  • Ginger – 01 pcs
  • Salt – 01 tsp
  • Lemon – 01 pc
  • Cumin seed – 01 tsp
  • Water – 04 tsp

Ingredients used to prepare Veg Cheese Sandwich Stuffing:

  • Boiled Potatoes – 02 pcs
  • Onion – 02 pcs
  • Tomato – 02 pcs
  • Cucumber – 01 pc
  • Cheese Cube – 02 pcs
  • Brown Bread – 04 pcs
  • Sandwich chat masala – 02 tsp
  • Butter – 08 tsp
  • Capsicum – 01 pc

Instructions for Green Corriander Chutney:

  • In a mixture jar add groundnut seed, green chilly, cumin seed, salt, sugar & grind the same to make a fine smooth paste.
  • Then add Corriander leaf in the same paste in mixture jar, squeeze lemon in the jar & add water & grind the same to smooth thin green chutney.
  • Remove the chutney in a bowl & use it while making the Veg Cheese Sandwich to make it taste delicious!!


Instructions for making Veg Cheese Sandwich Recipe :

  • Here’s a simple recipe for making a veg cheese sandwich:


    • Place the 4 slices of brown bread on a flat surface, spread butter on all the slices of bread.(you can use white bread or other triangle shape bread for the sandwich)
    • Spread the Green chutney made on the 4 bread slices evenly.
    • Add 3-4 sliced boiled potatoes on the brown bread & sprinkle the sandwich chat masala on top of each veggies placed.
    • Then put 3-4 sliced tomato above the potatoes & sprinkle the chat masala on it.
    • Add 3-4 sliced cucumber on both the sandwich & sprinkle the chat masala on it.
    • Add 3-4 sliced onion same way as the tomatoes & sprinkle the chat masala for the taste.(you can use veggies of your choice like beetroots, corns, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper)
    • Now put the chopped Capsicum on top of the onions & sprinkle the chat masala.
    • Once the veggies are done placing, grate the good amount of cheese cubes on top of the veggies for the cheesiest taste in the sandwich.
    • After the cheese has been evenly grated, place the other brown bread slices on above the fully loaded with veggies slice properly without getting the veggies disturb.
    • Now heat the pan on the stove, you can even grilled the sandwich but I have heated the sandwich on a nonstick pan.
    • Put some butter on the pan & spread it to make the base smooth & non sticky.
    • Now place the Veg Cheese Sandwich on the pan cautiously without getting veggies come out.
    • Heat the bread for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
    • Flip the sandwich over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
    • Make sure that the Gas flame is medium & not too high which might result in getting over toast.
    • Toast both the Sandwiches same way using the above instructions.
    • Remove the Sandwiches in the plate & let it cool down before cutting them into half.
    • Now cut the sandwiches into half (you can make 4 pieces if you want)
    • Grate the Cheese cubes on top of the bread slice for the cheesiest & the yummiest taste in the sandwich.
    • Enjoy your delicious and easy Veg Cheese Sandwich with the tomato ketchup & green chutney.
