Ingredients used to prepare Vrat Wali Aloo Tikki Recipe :

  • Boiled Potato – 500 GMS
  • Coriander leaf – Few
  • Peanuts Powder – 50 GMS
  • Shingoda Flour – 50 GMS
  • Green Chilly – 02 PC
  • Ginger & Green Chilly Paste – 01 TSP
  • Amchur Powder – 01 TSP
  • Roasted Cumin powder – 01 TSP
  • Salt – 01 TSP
  • Groundnut oil – 08-10 TSP

Green chutney:

  • Coriander leaf – 01 CUP
  • Peanuts – 100 GMS
  • Green chilly – 02 PC
  • Cumin Seed – 01 TSP
  • Lemon – 1/2 PC
  • Salt – 1/2 TSP
  • Water – 02 TSP

Instructions for preparing Vrat wali Aloo Tikki Recipe :

  • Boil the potatoes until they are fully cooked. Peel and mash them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add shingoda flour, cumin seeds, finely chopped green chili, black pepper powder, peanuts powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to form a well-combined, uniform mixture.
  • Take a portion of the mixture in your hands and shape it into a round, flat patty. Repeat for the remaining mixture.
  • Heat ghee or oil in a non-stick or flat-bottomed pan over medium heat.
