  • Coriander leaf – 01 cup
  • Peanuts – 02 tsp
  • Green chilly – 02 pcs
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon – 01 pc
  • Grated coconut – 02 tsp
  • Cumin seed – 01 tsp
  • Water – 08 tsp

Step 1: Prepare the Pattice Stuffing

  1. Cut the potatoes in half and boil them for about 6-7 whistles on high flame.
  2. Roast the peanuts until aromatic. Remove and mix with grated coconut. Grind the mixture.
  3. Cut the kismis into pieces and mix into the peanut mixture.
  4. Add ginger & green chilly paste, salt, sugar, cumin seed, black pepper powder, and coriander leaf to the mixture. Mix well. The pattice stuffing is ready.
